Joe Sabbagh

Joe is a proven entrepreneur and veteran of the real estate industry and boasts more than three decades of expertise. He is responsible for the company's strategic direction and holds responsibilities including capital raising activities and lender relations.
In 1996 he embarked on his first project under the UR Brand- a loft building on John Street, two years ahead of the Wall Street real estate boom. He effectively refurbished the property and leased it within six months. The development led the way for partnerships between Ultimate Realty and outside equity investors, as well as the acquisition of more properties in the Financial District, Tribeca & various parts of Brooklyn.
Joe is active in New York civic and community affairs, and enjoys aiding young entrepreneurs fulfill their business aspirations.
