Our History

  • Ultimate acquired a 3 building, 154,070 square foot wharehouse portfolio in Tampa Bay, FL. PODS® currently occupies all 3.

  • Ultimate acquired a single tenant 86,036 SF industrial building which sits on 5.12 acres in Wallingford, CT
  • Ultimate acquired a 34,370 SF single story ios conversion site that sits on 6.4 acres within Orlando, FL
  • Ultimate acquired a 56,000 square foot last mile industrial building in the heart of Orlando, FL
  • Ultimate acquired a 208,000 square foot manufacturing & distribution building located in WInter Garden, FL
  • Ultimate acquired a 208,000 square foot manufacturing & distribution building located in WInter Garden, FL
  • Ultimate acquired a 395,000 SF, 45 Acre, power center located in Middle Georgia
  • Ultimate purchased 348 West 14th street, a sound studio and converted to class A office in New York
  • Ultimate purchased 356 Bowery in New York and began converting it to loft apartments
  • Ultimate purchased a package of Park Slope Mixed Use buildings in new York and upgraded them to class A loft apartments with ground floor retail
  • Ultimate purchased a package of residential rental properties in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn, NY and converted them to condominiums
  • Ultimate converted 128 east 13th street/123 East 12th street in NEw York from an Art studio to a Dance Studio and residential townhouse
  • Ultimate converted 396 5th Avenue in New York from office to residential
  • Ultimate converted 311 Broadway, 69 Leonard Street, 251 Church Street, 396 5th Avenue, 15 west 17th street and 136 William Street from Office to residential
  • The Ultimate Realty Brand is created. Two years ahead of the Wall Street office-to-residential conversion boom, Ultimate completed its’ first residential conversion at 24 John Street in New York
  • Purchased Langhorn Center. A retail center on Route 1 in Langhorn Pennsylvania adjacent to Sesame Place
  • Joe Sabbagh under the Brand REAC Associates purchases his first two Industrial buildings totaling in excess of 500,000 sf

Our target markets are along the east coast and within dense population centers. Our investment horizon is typically 3-7 years, with target acquisition pricing of $10MM - $40MM.
