Ultimate immediately extended the existing tenancy to long term leases while increasing the under-market rents by approximately 23% in less than one year. Our tenants were able to hire additional workers with the knowledge they were secure in their space. In conjunction with the business plan, minor electrical upgrades were made and minor site work was done to the property. We employed local contractors.
